Traffic Ordinance

Regulating riding, driving, travel and traffic in the streets of the village of Robbinsdale and providing a punishment for any violation thereof.

The Village Council of the Village of Robbinsdale do ordain as Follows:

Sec. 1. The owner, operator, driver or person in charge of any wagon, carriage, buggy, sled, automobile, motor-cycle, tricycle, bicycle or other vehicles used, propelled or driven upon the streets, alleys, avenues and public places in the Village of Robbinsdale shall conform to and observe the following rules and regulations…

Sec. 55. Any person who shall violate any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before the Court of said Village be punished by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail of Hennepin County
not exceeding ninety days.
Sec. 56. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication.
