The Robbinsdale Volunteer Fire Department is proud to sponsor the second annual Good Will Day celebration. It bids you welcome to “Minnesota’s fastest growing municipality” and hopes that your stay in our midst will be an enjoyable one and that you will be so pleased with this year’s celebration that you will come back in future years when the event is held.
In arranging our program, every effort was made to include events that would please every member of the family. The purpose of the celebration is to fittingly told in the name that was selected and it is the hope of the Robbinsdale Volunteer Fire Department that it will be the means of spreading good will throughout the entire community.
In giving us your patronage you are contributing to the improvement of the Robbinsdale Fire Department or profits which may be delivered in the celebration will be used on the purchase of new equipment and other materials that are necessary in the protection of your homes and business places.
We would be ungrateful if we did not pay tribute to those pioneer firemen of Robbinsdale. They had no modern equipment such as is used today. Their road was a hard one but they did their work well and we salute them.
But let us eat drink and be merry, for today is Good Will Day. May it be a happy event in your life.
