Object history note This file contains an assortment of material related to
parks in Robbinsdale, although there is little to do with
any city organization. Most of the file talks about places
around town, such as photos of various park scenes and
newspaper articles regarding the Robbinsdale Town Center,
the City Hall, Thomas K. Hollingsworth Park, and Crystal
Township, although there are also some about people, such as
city councilman Gary Joselyn and original area settler
Alfred Parker, who came to town in 1855. Recently added is a
crumbling newspaper article describing the formation of the
original parks set-up.
